I lined a 9" round cake pan with Saran wrap, generously sprinkled with fresh parsley, and I used a mini ramekin in the center. Molded the cheese mixture, let sit in the fridge for about an hour, then inverted onto a serving plate. Touched up w/ more parsley, and cut shapes out of red bell pepper for decorations.
