White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Fabulous! For those who said it's a lot of work, you can make essentially the same recipe with another type of pasta (I used penne) and just mix it all up. No need to use lasagna noodles and all that layering. The taste is just as wonderful.

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

Good recipe, not great. It doesn't taste like alfredo, so calling it that is a little misleading. But a yummy chicken and pasta dish. Very easy to make.

This was okay. Kind of bland. But it is not a Snickerdoodle. Not even close. The classic Snickerdoodle has cream of tartar in it.

No Bake Cereal Bars

I followed the recipe exactly and it give it 3 stars, but it has 5 star potential. I think it could be improved by reducing the amount of sugar and corn syrup and increasing the peanut butter. It is a fun and easy dessert.

Linda's Lasagna

Yummy! I see another reviewer said you can't use cottage cheese in lasagna and to use ricotta instead. Not true. I've been making it with cottage cheese for 30 years and always get rave reviews. The Stouffer's frozen lasagna (which is quite good) also has cottage cheese in it.
