I've been an Army cook for almost three years and I enjoy it very much. I still have allot to learn about cooking but I'm getting better everyday. I think baking is one of my favorite things to do. It's more challenging and requires more precision than cooking. As of now the pastries that I like to make the most are spritz cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and ice cream cake. The foods I like to cook are spaghetti, yakisoba, and fried cauliflower. Don't remember cooking before the military, I guess I'll come up with some I triumph every time I don't break a yolk. Oh but there are so many.
