Mini Cheesecakes III

The only change I made is to substitute the lemon juice/zest and vanilla for fiori di sicilia, because I'd been dying to try it out on something. I put mine in greased silicone muffin cups and had no problem popping them out when they were cool. Very easy and delish, will make again!

Four Cheese Macaroni and Cheese

This macaroni recipe was okay. I thought it was all right, the husband didn't care for it at all. I reduced the amount of milk and increased the amount of macaroni. It was also very bland.

To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo

Amy's Sausage Apple Pie

My mom has made this for years and it's one of my family's favorites. She adds a streusal topping to it, which is delicious with the sausage.
