Nacho Cheese Sauce
Yum! I had a craving for pretzels and cheese, and this hit the spot. I did add a few drops of hot sauce to give it a little kick.

Elegant Orzo with Wilted Spinach and Pine Nuts
Not nearly as good as I hoped....we love balsamic in everything, but for some reason the flavors just did not meld like I'd hoped. :(

Curry-Coconut Shrimp
Um, just ok from a curry-lover...I used a whole can of coconut milk so I wouldn't waste any. I think it was the texture of the shrimp that threw us off. We much prefer the chicken curry on this website, texture-wise.
