Elegant Orzo with Wilted Spinach and Pine Nuts
Not nearly as good as I hoped....we love balsamic in everything, but for some reason the flavors just did not meld like I'd hoped. :(

Curry-Coconut Shrimp
Um, just ok from a curry-lover...I used a whole can of coconut milk so I wouldn't waste any. I think it was the texture of the shrimp that threw us off. We much prefer the chicken curry on this website, texture-wise.

Traditional Gyro Meat
Very tasty! Even after throwing it in the food processor, the texture was a little "air-ier" than the meat you'd get at a gyro place, but that could be a result of my technique, or the density/quality of their meat. Beats any gyro we could get around here, so I won't complain.
