Followed the recipe exactly. It was very good. Spicy and tangy Thai inspired dish. I didn't care for the orange flavor. Would probably omit the zest next time. Other than that it makes a wonderful & unique cold salad.

Cheesy Italian Tortellini

Doubled this and made it for a large group. Huge hit! I used spicy italian sausage which lent just enough spice to this wonderfully flavored dish. The slowcooker is definitely the way to go for this recipe.

Tantalizing Turkey and Blue Cheese Meatballs

Great recipe. Very delicious. Didn't have any jalapenos on hand so I used diced green chiles instead, which I thought worked very well. Will definitely make these again.
