Sichuan Bang Bang Noodles
Followed the recipe exactly. It was very good. Spicy and tangy Thai inspired dish. I didn't care for the orange flavor. Would probably omit the zest next time. Other than that it makes a wonderful & unique cold salad.

Cheesy Italian Tortellini
Doubled this and made it for a large group. Huge hit! I used spicy italian sausage which lent just enough spice to this wonderfully flavored dish. The slowcooker is definitely the way to go for this recipe.
