Cheesy Italian Tortellini
Doubled this and made it for a large group. Huge hit! I used spicy italian sausage which lent just enough spice to this wonderfully flavored dish. The slowcooker is definitely the way to go for this recipe.

Crunchy Romaine Toss
Delicious salad. Some chopped red bellpepper could also be very good in this salad. Will definitley make again.
