Shrimply Delicious Shrimp Salad
Very good recipe. I served this salad with a variety of crackers at a party. I also used this recipe to make BLT sandwiches using french bread and thick cut pepper bacon.

Cornish Hens with Coffee Liqueur Sauce
Good flavor and very moist, but the hens were undercooked at the recommended one hour. It's more like one and a half hours.

Almond Green Beans
I used Italian spiced stewed tomatoes and since my oven was already on I baked this dish for about 20 minutes. Easy!
