I just graduated from Centre College with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Religion. I've recently taken to cooking and trying new recipes. I finally decided that if I want to eat food that I really enjoy, I should cook it myself... and besides, now that I'll be on my own soon, I have to start learning!

Anything light and fairly healthy; sweets/desserts -- I don't have a sweet tooth, but everyone around me does!
