About this Cook
I have been vegetarian since June 17 2004, and I don't plan on ever stopping. I learned to cook from my mother, and my Nonna. My Nonna is vegan and tought me many good recipes, and gave me her cook books.
My favorite things to cook
Stir fry's are one of my favourite because I don't need a recipe, but I also love baking cakes, cookies, and other things.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My Nonna is a vegan so I have learned her vegan recipes.
My cooking triumphs
Baking a cake then icing and cutting it to look like a purse wasn't terribly difficult but I loved the outcome.

Bannock II
I really liked the consistency of this once it was cooked. One of the problems I had was the salt, I added much to little of a pinch. In the future I would add a few "pinches" of salt. I will make it in the future, but with a few changes.
