I made this last night with some ravioli for my husband and he said it was the best thing he has ever tasted! Changes I made: used crushed tomates, 4 garlic cloves, no parsley, fresh oregano and basil, 1 T sugar, I also added 4 kalamata olives and 4 green olives and pulsed that all in the food processor. That in itself was good but if you like creamier sauces I would suggest adding 1/2 cup part skim ricotta cheese to it - that's what I did and it was amazing!
