Mom's Chicken Cacciatore
A rather tasty meal! I used basil instead of oregano and served it over rice. Will have to make again.

Broccoli Salad I
Yums! I substituted raisins for blueberries and I didn't have any sunflower seeds, so I used sesame seeds. Also didn't have green onions so I used scallops. Broccoli never tasted so good.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Made a few alterations: used room temp. butter and baked at 350 degrees. Nice chewy texture and perfect amount of spread. Will bake again.
