White Chili with Chicken
Very tasty, though a bit on the soupy side. I used a can of white kidneys and a can of navy beans because great northerns were not available. I also used two little green chillis since I didn't have jalepenos as well. I added a bit of cayenne pepper and will likely up the spices next time. I think adding another can of beans will make it a bit thicker give and give even more delicious leftovers. Great with cornbread!

Basic Chicken Salad
Perfect base recipe! We used fennel rather than celery and added some diced carrot as well.

Stove-Top Macaroni and Cheese
Great recipe, sauce was done by the time the noodles were cooked. I do recommend adding more cheese and some extra parmesan to thicken it up and I also added more pepper.
