I actually used my Great Grandmothers recipe, the variations are minor and will always be around as did available ingredients in the olden days. I use regular flour and stone or course ground wheat flour to recreate her recipe that was served at many family functions with lots of butter and sour cream....and yes leftovers are treasured for the next mornings breakfast.
