Mexican Food, anything southern, from chicken fried steak to meatloaf, to breakfast foods. One year, while stationed in Camp Casey, South Korea, a couple of friends and I managed to turn out a pretty good Thanksgiving dinner with a hot plate, a rice cooker, and a convection oven. I was trying to make homemade chicken and dumplings, and started a kitchen fire when they boiled over. I was young and stupid lol.
