Blueberry Crumb Bars
YUMMY!! I added lemon juice and cinnamon to the crust and blueberries. The juice made the sugar stick to the blueberries.

Freezer Pumpkin Pie
Yummy! Who needs to wait for October for pumpkin ice cream? I used slow churned low fat ice cream and made this a better-for-you dessert. Next time I'm not adding the brown sugar. Would be good with whip cream or gingersnaps on top instead of making a pie.

Pumpkin-Apple Muffins with Streusel Topping
Very good. Everyone at the office liked it. To make it healthy I substituted apple sauce for the oil, used only used one cup of sugar and made it with whole wheat flour. It was a bit dense. Next time I’ll add some nutmeg and cloves.
