Pasta with Pesto and Scallops
Definitely a keeper! I served it at a dinner party and it was a huge hit. The only change I made was to substitute asparagus for green pepper! It was delicious and everyone loved it!

Baked Ziti I
Very good! I followed the recipe almost exactly, but I did add garlic when sauting the beef. My husband and I both really enjoyed it and I would definitely make it again. Next time I would make it in 2 smaller pans and freeze one.
