My Country Style Steak
My husband loves Country Style Steak. I never made it often because I thought mine tasted sort of bland. This was great. Smaller pieces of meat definitely made it more tender. The onion soup mix made wonderful tasty gravy. I did not find it too salty, but I did use garlic powder instead of garlic salt. I will certainly make it more often now that I found this recipe. Thanks Suzanner

Zucchini Cobbler
I made this to take to a family reunion. My sister-in-law has the reputation of making the best peach cobbler around. One of the cousins commented to me that she heard the "apple cobbler" was better than the peach, not knowing I had made it. When she had a chance to taste my cobbler I asked her how she liked it. She said it is delicious! I then told her it was zucchini and not apple. Her jaw literally dropped and she gave me a blank stare. I told her I never tell anyone it is zucchini until after they taste it because people do not want to try it. She said I would have been one of those. It was quite a hit! I had to promise a lot of people that it truly was zucchini. Thanks to this website for another truly great zucchini recipe. My husband still prefers the Zucchini Pie II recipe from this site because he likes the crust, but for a crowd this one is great! I used 8 cups of zucchini I had frozen and had to add some more to it. I think then I boiled them after being frozen they shrunk more than if they had been fresh ones. Please make sure you take the seeds out. I usually use large zucchinis and quarter them length wise. The seeds are easy to remove this way and then when you slice up these pieces they actually look like slices of apple. You will not be disappointed!

Honey Ginger Shrimp
I agree with most reviewers, 1 Tbsp of red pepper is TOO much. As another suggested I also added more honey. The extra honey added to the other ingredients made a nice thick sauce. I had some left over fried rice from sesame chicken the night before. I put the shrimp on top of the rice that had some of the sauce from the sesame chicken and it was yummy. I considered looking for a recipe for a sesame chicken sauce when I made the shrimp the next time. I have used both raw and cooked shrimp, while both are good I think the raw shrimp was better. I have been looking for a great shrimp recipe and this is one of the best I have found. It is an added bonus that it is so easy and quick. Thanks!
