My husband and I just tried this recipe. It is really good and super easy. I followed some of the suggestions and used 3/4 cup sour cream instead of mayonnaise, 1 packet of taco seasoning instead of chili powder, and a packet of shredded Mexican cheeses instead of colby cheese. It was really good and only took us about 30 minutes to make.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This turned out very well. It was very tender and super easy. I used onion flakes instead of the onion soup mix. I did not find that it made a good gravy though.

BBQ Chicken Pizza I

I thought that it was excellent with a couple of changes. I used less BBQ sauce and a very mild brand. I would also use more gouda cheese next time.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

This was excellent. A piece of bread in the bottom of the pan was definitely helpful to soak up the grease. This glaze also made it great: a good glaze for the meatloaf is 3T ketchup, 1T honey and 1/2t worchestershire.

Biscuit Pizza Bake

I love this recipe. My husband and I make it frequently. It is something that I can make in advance and refrigerate or freeze. I do cut the biscuit in quarters and sometimes pre-bake them for a few minutes before adding the toppings. If baked according to the recipe, they will typically not get cooked thoroughly, especially with lots of toppings! Otherwise, delicious!!
