These are great! I have made them several times, and they're always a hit! I have found that it is better to partially cook the bacon first before wrapping it around the jalapeno. We like our bacon crispy.

This was a great recipe. I have to admit that I was skeptical about the onion flake, so I cut the amount in half. It turned out great! Next time, I will try the full amount of onion flake. This is a definite keeper!

Great recipe! I tweaked it a little. I used shredded chicken, doubled the water and put it all in the crock pot for 3 hours. It turned out really well! My husband said, "This tastes like Taco Bell!" without even knowing that it was supposed too. My husband really enjoys fast food, but I rarely let him have it. Now, I can make it at home! And there's no mystery about what the meat is!
