Apple Stuffed Chicken Breast
Delicious! I used the recommendation of others and mixed cinnamon, italian herbs, and a little honey in the cheese/bread crumbs mixture that was in the middle. Also decided to bake @ 175 C in the oven for 30 min. instead of cooking in butter.

French Toast Stars
Delicious- but it was difficult to mix together the honey with the rest of the mixture. I also decided to use Orange Marmalade instead of Orange Zest, which may have added to the thickness, but was definitely worth the hard work.

Marshmallow Popcorn Balls
Such a SIMPLE and GREAT recipe! While living in Japan, where it's terribly difficult to find rice krispies, this recipe was a great substitute for rice krispy treats. Thank you!
