Slow Cooker Taco Soup

It was really good to dip the tortilla chips in, but it definitely tasted like chili. I love it because it's so easy to make and my fiance kept raving about how much he liked it!

Chicken with Stuffing

So easy to make! I seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and I also added one chopped medium onion overtop of the chicken. There is a similar recipe to this called Chicken Supreme III but it is cooked in the oven.

Curried Salmon Bake

It's not bad, it's not good. I put a lot more curry powder + garlic powder in with the sour cream and it was still pretty bland. Thankfully I seasoned the fish with salt, pepper, and more garlic powder before topping it with the mixture.

i changed it to 6 servings, had 4 small chicken breasts, added chili powder + cayenne pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, and black beans Then i rolled it in whole wheat tortilla shells, topped with tex-mex cheese, baked til cheese melted, and served with sour cream. Next time I may add jalepenos

Anniversary Chicken I

I skipped out on the green onions & parsley, but that's personal preference. I also used real bacon leftover from another recipe. I was a bit scared to try the ranch dressing & teriyaki sauce combination, but it turned out to be delicious!

I use cubed golden potatoes instead of the cauliflower, and I add way more curry, garlic salt, and pepper than the recipe calls for. With my own personal tweaks, it tastes AMAZING!! I make it almost every week!

Unfortunately I had to drain twice, once from the chicken and once from the peppers, and it took away lots of the flavor, but all I had to do was re-spice it afterwards and it tasted great!!

I use the Stovetop chicken stuffing. Skipping the cheese will make it less fatty. I've made this with and without cheese and it was great both times.
