Easy Decadent Truffles
I had never made truffles before, these were easy and everyone loved them...including my 5 year old who helped to create the little balls!

Bavarian Mint Fudge
WOW and YUM! I have a small glitch with melting the chocolate, but the result was wonderful! Thick, smooth and chocolatey! I followed the recipe and added crushed candy cane to the top for a holiday treat. My hubby gave it 2 thumbs up.

Creamy Mushroom Risotto
pretty good, lots of stirring, so make sure you have time to devote. its not pretty to look at but the flavor is good.
