The first Thanksgiving dinner I ever cooked. I overlooked the plastic bag of gizzards in the neck cavity. It wasn't a catastrophe, I just didn't make the gravy out of them.

Christmas Brunch Casserole
This was delicious. Instead of bacon, I used the leftover ham from Christmas Eve dinner.

French Toast Bake
I used french toast bread that you can buy in the supermarket. Tore it up into pieces and added cubes of cream cheese. Candied walnuts instead of pecans
