What a great combination. I served it to a large group of moms...everyone wanted the recipe! I had to use frozen peaches instead of fresh because it's not the right season up here in MN but it still worked wonderfully. Thanks!

Tante's Apple Pie

I thought it was a very nice way to do a pie...kind of a tart..but not really. I enjoyed it very much. I did however think it defeats the purpose of a "crumble" however when it just melts into the appples. Perhaps not covering it for the last 25 minutes would cause it to stay crummblt/crunchy on top.

Artichoke Pie

I found that the ammount of ingredients in the recipe was not enough to fill a pie crust. The recipe however did taste very good. I added some sour cream and sun dried tomato pesto for a little moisture and flavour.

Best Formula Three-Cheese Fondue

Great recipe...the only one I found with all three cheeses in it. I changed it just slightly...instead of making the roux (butter and flour) I just tossed the cheeses with 2 Tbsp. cornstarch before I added it to the wine. I also stirred in about 1 Tbsp lemon juice and some dry mustard...just to add a little kick! Thanks for the idea!
