Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
This is a wonderful recipe...My kids ate every bite, and asked for more...what more can I say...GREAT!!

Egg Drop Soup (Better than Restaurant Quality!)
This is my favorite when I go out to eat in a restaurant...now, thanks to this recipe I can have it whenever I want it, and my kids love it to. This is wonderful.

Tex-Mex Rice
This is an awesome recipe. I made it into a main dish by adding ground beef, and a can of corn. For the canned tomatoes, I used spicy mexican tomatoes that have the chilies, and I use half the chili powder, and half caldo de tomate, and an 8oz can of tomato sauce....My kids love this. I serve it with corn tortillas.
