I love to be with my family in a kitchen cooking all kinds of different foods. I like traveling and getting foods I wouldnt normally try and if I really like a dish I try to make one of my own at my house. I love to bake! I'm not really a big cook but when I have to I'm not that bad. My family actually doesnt like to cook that much. When it comes to holidays it's a different story, especially when it's Thanksgiving. My family always brings WAY too much food but it's alot of fun to have everyone in the kitchen telling stories and just having fun making a big mess. The first time I made a cheesecake I didnt have any cracks and everyone was making a big deal out of it. At the time I didnt know that if you had I was making a fudge cake with my mom the required boiling water. So me and my mom split the recipe in half so I was mixing the dry ingredients and she had the wet ingredients. When it came time to mix everything together my mom had forgotten to add the boiling water so when I baked the cake the middle sunk all the way to the bottome of the pan. I'm never splitting a recipe again!
