Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Use real parm, not the cheapy kraft in a shaker! Makes a huge difference. Also subb'd the onion powder for 1 clove minced garlic, used concentrate lemon juice(I never have real ones on hand) and used celery seed instead of salt since I didn't have that, either. After putting the mix on the fish I dusted the tops with bread crumbs. Absolutely delicious.

Stuffed Peppers My Way
Just a good basic recipe you can do anything with really. The peppers I got weren't probably the right size to stuff(they ended up flattening out while being roasted) so next time I'll either just hollow them out and keep them whole or cut them up and mix them together with the rice mixture after roasting! Fresh mozzarella melted on top is excellent, too!

Honey-Ginger Grilled Salmon
I liked the marinade a lot but the suggested time I don't think is long enough. This should really be let to soak overnight in my opinion. I didn't think the fish retained much of the flavor after being cooked. Will make again and give it the time it needs!
