I am a young woman who dreams of a big family. I am pretty much in the kitchen everytime I have a little time for myself. I want people to come in and, with a smell, feel welcomed to our home. cakes, cakes, cakes, cakes, chocolates... and pastas! Every Christmas, I like to give homemade gifts: cookies, chocolates, candies. I even do my own gift boxes. This Christmas will be the fourth year of the tradition and I am already starting to try new recipes... mmh mmh! Since last year, I've been baking cakes for every occasions and birthdays. My confidence in the kitchen and my skills improved a lot in one year and last October, for my friend's birthday, I made a special cake for him: Super Mario Bros! I spend mostly all day (about 5 hours) piping little stars of icing on the chocolate cake shaped as the video game character. I have never been that proud of the result of my patience. I only got good comments about the look and the taste of the cake. So many, I still don't know how I kept trying! I guess I love cooking that much! I came to realize that I am not innovative yet and I still have to follow the recipe, step by step...
