Anchovy Linguine
Easy to make - however, we thought this was just ok. I added a small onion, chopped and about 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes per the suggestion of other reviews. I omitted the parsley since I didn't have fresh. I like ceasar salad dressing with real anchovies, however this just wasn't what I expected. My son ended up adding salt to the dish and thought that made it better. Will not make again. Hoping left overs will taste better.

Curried Salmon Bake
Since I didn't have curry paste, I simply used curry powder. I found this VERY bland, so I tried garlic powder, tumeric, salt and added more curry. I thought that maybe the salmon would add to it's flavor. However, I feel it simply ruined some otherwise good salmon. It was moist, but really didn't have any flavor, what I did taste was bitter (maybe from too much curry or the tumeric). Sorry, we didn't care for it.

Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole
Quick and Easy! Since we like things a bit spicy, I added some hot sauce and about 1 TB cumin. Combined everything but the cheese into the baking dish then topped with cheese. Served with more hot sauce and sour cream. Yum...
