Okay, I had to rate these 5 stars! When I put the muffins in the oven, I turned it off by mistake. So when the timer went off, they obviously were not done, so I had to guesstimate how much longer to cook them. The middle didn't rise, but they have been b/c off too much topping or my oven mistake. Regardless, these got ATE up. In a matter of minutes, there was nothing left but crumbs!! GREAT recipe!!

I sauteed the mushrooms and caramelized the onions. No matter what you do, it just taste like pork covered with golden cream of mushroom. I gave it one star because the pork chops were tender. Won't make again.

WOW! This was delicious! I seasoned the meat with Adobo and pepper, otherwise I followed the recipe as is. I served it in a pool of gravy with some brown rice, and warmed Hawaiian Rolls. I sent the two peppers I had left to my dad, and he called the next day RAVING about these. YUMMO!! It was so easy to make and the presentation was very pretty. I regret not taking a picture. I will be making this again and again and again.
