E-Z Drop Biscuits
i used to use a biscuit recipe that required cutting in hard butter. I almost never made buscuits because it took so long. I love how easy this recipe is and it tastes great! i leave out the cream of tarter because its not something i keep in my pantry and they are still great!

Slow-Cooked Corn Chowder
This is great! Its so easy! the only changes i make are that I add more hasbrowns and i use the small cubed ones intstead of shredded; I use canned corn instead of frozen, and near the end of cooking i mix some flour and water and then add it to the soup to thicken it up. Its great! my family eats it up!

Raisin Oatmeal Cookies
I love this recipe! I'm not a good cookie baker and i've never made oatmeal raisin cookies but these turned out wonderfully! I used brown sugar instead of white and margerine instead of shortning. I also added an extra 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp nutmeg as suggested by other reviews. They are so soft which is such a nice change from hard cookies! thanks so much!
