It really does taste like lobster! Amazing! Quick, easy and cheap. I didn't use nearly as much butter as directed, so you can cut back on that. Otherwise, FANTASTIC!!!

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Wow! This is a fantastic recipe! I added a carrot and an onion to this recipe. I used leftover garlic croutons (mashed up into small pieces) instead of the bread-crumbs for half of the recipe and it worked great. I also grated the cheese, but I think next time I'll cube it instead to see the difference. Very moist and a great flavour. Thanks for the recipe!

This recipe was ok. I should have used a little less anchovies. One or 2 would have been plenty for me. My brothers-in-law loved it though. Otherwise it was worth trying out.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

This is a FANTASTIC dish! I have made it several times already since I found the recipe a month ago. I use 2 chicken breasts instead of 4 (there are only 2 of us eating it). Be careful - follow the quantities in the recipe and the timing, regardless if you are using less chicken. The last time that I made the chicken, I followed the timing to a T and the chicken was moist and fully cooked. Previous times I had adjusted the quantities of liquid and the length of cooking time - chicken turned out dry and not enough sauce.
