About this Cook
I am a married, mother of two who works full time.
My favorite things to cook
Anything new and different, I love to expieriment!
My favorite family cooking traditions
We don't really have any traditions, but our whole family loves food and loves to cook so we are always trading recipes and bouncing ideas off of eachother. Oh and my brother always brings the macaroni salad when we get together it's THE BEST!!
My cooking triumphs
I love lasagna and it was one of the very first meals I made. The very first time my sister-in-law ate it she was blown away and accually daid that it was better than my mom's!! We won't tell mom that!!
My cooking tragedies
Too many to list, but I do recall forgetting to put eggs in brownies once when I was a kid...they where rock hard!!

Absolutely Delicious Green Bean Casserole from Scratch
I thought that this was the best green been casserole that I have ever had!! I think the people that did the other reviews must have done something wrong with the recipe because every person that ate this at Thanksgiving dinner raved!! The only thing i did different was use more cheese.

Scrumptious Beef and Potato Casserole
DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!! I also added carrots and since I didn't have wheat cereal I crumbled some french fried onions on top. My husband said this recipe was definitly a keeper!

Marble Squares II
I have to say that I was very disappointed. These are not brownies...it is a cake. The flavor was good, but if I wanted a cake I would have made a cake!!
