Braised Balsamic Chicken
Made this the other night and it was really good. I only had Rotel on hand and used that instead of regular diced tomatos and it came out great! Also added more garlic. Next time I would use either thin sliced chicken cutlets or tenders instead. The breasts didn't absorb much of the flavor of the sauce which was wonderful!
