Well, I am a 31 year old guy, who just loves to cook. I manage a bakery here in Santa Fe, so, I am going to post a few items that we serve at our shop.
My favorite things to cook
Well, I love to bar-b-q when I am not working. In all honesty, every dish is my favorite to cook because I am going to be the one, in the end, eating whatever it is I am cooking.

Strawberry Cream Roll
Absolutely wonderful...the only thing I changed was the amount of strawberries. I used approximately 1 1/2 cups and then when I spread the inside creme I added fresh cut strawberries so the consumer (me) could have a bite of full strawberry. Absolutely a favorite now. I shall thank you when I reach 275 pounds.
