Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies
This recipe is on the back of the Hershey Butterscotch chips bag. I prefer Hershey or the other.

Creamy Split Pea Soup
30 years ago I made a split pea soup to die for. I never found that recipe again. I have tried many times to recreate that soup. Today I stop looking. I found it. I didn't change any portion size, added Smoked Ham Hocks and omitted the ham due to the added bacon garnish. Bless your heart Sherry :) PLUS a reviews tip about the hand blender was WONDERFUL!!
