Thank you for this awesome recipe. These taste very similar to the lemon drop cookies I buy from Italian-American bakeries in my community. I altered the icing recipe to have orange essence, lime juice, and vanilla extract which gave it a lovely little bite. I would make these as a lovely treat for someone anytime of the year. Awesome recipe, and I had fun making them too!

Potato Salmon Patties

We budgeted and used 3 cheap 79cent cans of tuna instead, and added an extra egg. They still came out absolutely fabulous and tasty, with no oily aftertaste. We served it with a side of lightly-spiced cellentani-shape pasta. It was absolutely awesome, and me and my mom have enough for leftovers. Thanks for this great recipe!

Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

My mom loved them. I just ate one and enjoyed it intensely. I use spoon-sized amounts and they spread out a LOT -- needed to use 2 cookie sheets. At 350F I had to bake them for about 18 minutes. Next time I will reduce the amount of sugar -- I ate one and I'm getting a really bad headache, and I used less than the recipe called for to begin with!
