We budgeted and used 3 cheap 79cent cans of tuna instead, and added an extra egg. They still came out absolutely fabulous and tasty, with no oily aftertaste. We served it with a side of lightly-spiced cellentani-shape pasta. It was absolutely awesome, and me and my mom have enough for leftovers. Thanks for this great recipe!
