About this Cook
Well, I live in Pensacola with my fiance who is in the Navy. I love food and I love cooking. I love making great dishes for the people around me to enjoy! I work through the week so most of my cooking time has to wait until the weekend. I am always looking for quick easy meals to make throughout the week! I like spending time with friends and family and LOVE going to the beach! I have a son who is the light of my life! He's a very picky eater as most kids are so cooking for him is always a challenge :)
My favorite things to cook
Chicken curry and meat loaf are my family's favorites!

Simple Beef Stroganoff
Not bad, it was very easy and quick to make. My husband and I both liked it. I did add some extra salt and parmesan cheese to give it a tad more flavor, as it was just a little bland without it, but overall pretty good when you're in a hurry!

Shepherd's Pie II
I've tried many different Shepherd's Pie recipes, all to which were alright but could never find one that I would make continuously. At least until now. My family loved this, and my incredibly picky son claimed how great it smelled while I was making it. My husband absolutely loved it, as did I. I was a bit nervous about the nutmeg but it was such a lovely addition. The only changes I made were that I added a little flour just to give the meat mixture a thicker consistency, I used green beans instead of peas for the simple fact I don't like peas, and put the potatoes on top with a bit of shredded cheese. This was the best Shepherd's Pie I've had. This will definitely be made in our house time and time again!

Baked Ziti I
This is by far my favorite Baked Ziti recipe. The sour cream is so much better than the ricotta. It's also pretty easy to prepare. We've been using this recipe for a couple years now and wouldn't change a thing!
