Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies came out fantastic. The only changes that I made was to add a pinch of cinnamon, use 3/4 cup white sugar and 1 1/4 cups brown and cashew nuts instead of walnuts. Make sure your dough does not start to get too warm. If it does, put it in the frig. for a few minutes and do not handle dough. Great recipe!

Slovak Stuffed Cabbage
This is a great recipe with a few adjustments. I used 2 cans of tom.soup and one 16 oz can of tom. sauce and no water. I omitted the sauerkraut but added 1 tablespoon of cidar vinegar to balance out the 1 tablespoon of sugar. I used both beef and pork because I think it gives it more flavor and I added onion powder and hungarian paprika. These were very tasty although the cabbage could have been a bit more cooked, so next time I will increase the time to 1 hr 40 min. I also covered the dish for the first hour then uncovered it for the last 1/2 hour. Thanks for the recipe!

Easy Apple Cinnamon Muffins
I agree with everyone else that this makes 12 muffins. I also had to add more milk than the recipe called for, and instead of the crumble topping, I used 4 crushed up crunchy cinnamon granola bars. They turned out great with these few minor adjustments.
