Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2009
This is a great summer salad too! The dressing is so refreshing! I used granny smith apples and omitted the pears (didn't have pears on hand). We served it with BBQ pork chops and baked potatoes. Perfect!

Famous Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2009
Very yummy. I used thick, boneless pork chops. Covered and cooked for 1 1/2 hours, then removed cover for 20 minutes. The coating crisped up nicely on top, inside tender and juicy.

Zucchini Brownies

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2009
Our entire family loved these brownies...Grandma all the way down to 1 year old nephew! I used about 2 2/3 cups of shredded zucchini (not wanting to waste the zucchini) and it was perfectly moist. We preferred them with frosting...whcih just made them even better.

Dessert Crepes

These turned out perfect without any adjustment to the recipe. We served them as "Dessert Crepes Bar" with various filling options, such as fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, peaches, whipped topping, chocolate, etc.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2006
Absolutely loved this recipe! We poured the batter in each loaf pan and then sprinkled fresh blueberries on top. It was perfect...because the blueberries didn't sink to the bottom and there weren't too many blueberries to make it soggy.
