Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon
After dipnetting in the Kenai river, I wanted to find a new way to prepare my freshly caught Red Salmon. I decided to try this recipe. My husband told me not to use to much salmon in the recipe. Needless to say, I went down to check on him while he was grilling the salmon and found him eating it as fast as he could get it off the grill. It was delicious!!! I will probably marinade ot for the full 6 hours next time, but the taste was very light and flavorful.
