Salsa Chicken

My family and I loved it. This is a simple dish I would serve to company. I used a Mexican cheese blend and it tasted great!

Burrito Pie

This was the best and sooooo easy to make. It has got two thumbs up from my family. Make a lot, but heats up well as leftovers.

Zesty Southern Pasta and Bean Salad

Not bad, but not spicey enough for me. I took the recommendation of others and used less cumin. I still felt something was missing though. Next time I will make it and add some salsa as someone else suggested.

Blueberry Cream Muffins

Nice and moist. Whole family loves the taste. Next time I will try making with a light sour cream for a healthier muffin.

Mock Chopped Liver

I love this recipe and so does my family! Tastes just like the mock chopped liver we used to buy at a very good Jewish deli. I sometimes add a little garlic or use Wyler's "zesty garlic" chicken flavored bouillon cubes.
