About this Cook
I am currently in grad school... It is extremely time consuming. However, after a big round of tests, I feel no better stress relief then to come home and cook/bake.
My favorite things to cook
I love to make ANYTHING with chocolate chips. Self-admitted addict to chocolate.
My cooking triumphs
I made a better then sex cake from this site that put the biggest smile on my grandmas face. I never told her the title of the cake :-)
My cooking tragedies
Too many to recall.

Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies
This recipe is awesome!!! The first time I made these I didn't let the batter cool enough and the marshmallows melted, which was good.. However, the second time I made this, I let the batter cool completely and it came out completely different and even better!!! Excellent Recipe!

Very Chocolate Brownies
OK, heres the basic idea: I love chocolate. However, every brownie recipe I make from scratch tastes really terrible. I made these brownies yesterday for a friend.. I am telling you, these are BY FAR the best brownies I have EVER made (boxed included). Even the girl I brought them to didn't believe they weren't from a box, so I had to send her the recipe for proof! The changes I made was to halve the recipe, baked it in a 8x8 glass pan for 25 minutes. The one review is absolutely correct, they must set up before you cut into them or you will want to put them back in the oven. Seriously though, these are fabulous!

Cinnamon Bread I
I ended up making these into muffins, which was great because the cooking time was cut down by half. I baked them for 23 minutes. YUMMY!! A little too sweet for breakfast, but def a great snack!
