Very busy nursing student, military wife and mother with a cooking obsession. I come from a cooking/baking family and am carrying on the tradition when I have time. Anything I know my family will appreciate. I try new things all the time! Not all of them are good, though :) My grandmother is my inspiration...she is a Polish woman who makes Perogi for a living, by hand still. I make mine the same way. We also have special dips, baked goods, etc. This year I cooked Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners single-handedly, each holiday with 12-16 people attending. I even found time to make home made pies! Sometimes trying to edit recipes for the crock pot doesn't turn out too well :( Oh, well, have to try!
