Flaky Food Processor Pie Crust
This is the first pie crust I've made from scratch. It was so easy I think I will never buy a store bought one again. It was so easy to make. I only used half of the water. I was amazed with how easy it was to handle. I had no problem rolling it out and I even made the top into a lattice. The best part, it tasted soooooooo good. I'm normally not a fan of a pie crust and would often eat the filling and leave the crust behind. Not anymore.

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches
This recipe is wonderful for picky eaters. My husband doesn't like onions or green peppers or any chunks in his sloppy joes. I do make a few changes based on the preferences of my family. I double everything but the meat and the ketchup.

German Apple Pancake
This is one of my favorite recipes of all time. My Swiss grandfather was a chef and would make this for us whenever we would visit. I've been looking for this recipe for years. I'm so glad I found it. Most times I cut this in half (except for the apples) and cook it in a smaller pan. I've also made it with oil in the batter instead of the melted butter.
