I am married to a Puerto Rican who loves good food and I love to cook for him. We have five children ranging in age from 18 to 33, and two grandchildren. I am an administrative assistant to a Principal at a school and I love to cook for our staff as well. I usually bake the monthly birthday cakes. I love to bake breads, cakes, cookies, etc. At Christmas time my second daughter and I get together and make cookies, carmels, and toffee and make boxes of goodies to give to all of our co workers. Alot of work but fun too! I think I am pretty good at asian cuisine and making candies from scratch. I haven't mastered dipping the candy yet but If you don't want it chocolate covered then I can make it. An asian noodle salad I made once that made the whole house smell bad. I also used to burn carrots regularly.
