No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
Loved it! Made it for my husband's coworkers who all are working in this July heat and it was a instant hit. Made a few changes: Chocolate graham crust, added a layer of melted canned fudge icing that I had left in the fridge to the middle of the pie (1/2 PB in the crust, fudge, 1/2 the PB) and crushed chocolate candies on top. I'm sure that hot fudge topping or hershey's syrup could be substituted for the icing.
