Great with cream cheese icing from this site. Found it to be best the next day as the texture was more moist and dense with a mellowing of all the flavors. Was a hit with all who were lucky enough to get a piece. Made it in a stoneware bundt- cooked for 40 minutes.

Loved it! Made it for my husband's coworkers who all are working in this July heat and it was a instant hit. Made a few changes: Chocolate graham crust, added a layer of melted canned fudge icing that I had left in the fridge to the middle of the pie (1/2 PB in the crust, fudge, 1/2 the PB) and crushed chocolate candies on top. I'm sure that hot fudge topping or hershey's syrup could be substituted for the icing.
