We loved this. This will be a regular. I've been looking for a recipe like this but without the sauce and i prefer lime not lemon. Thanks! the steak was great!

Thank you for such an easy, tasty and so good the next day - if you have anything left. Served with salad and garlic bread! Yum! The kids loved it.

I only used 1/3 sourcream and used more cheese ending with cheese so at the end of cooking I could turn broiler on to bake the top nice and crispy, Yum!

Tex-Mex Burger with Cajun Mayo

Made these 3 times in 2 weeks, that speaks for itself. Monterey Jack Cheese is spicy enough so I left out the jalapenos. and the onion I put on top with lettuce and tomato on toasted bun. I love the Grill but I put these in a covered pan and cooked them slow with a few splashes of liquid smoke. Yum! Very moist and flavorful. Thank you!

Natchitoches Meat Pies

I used to live in New Orleans and eat meat pies for lunch almost everyday, I was in love with them and so excited when I came accross this recipe. This recipe wasn't even close. Or maybe it was me, I did follow the recipe exactly as I do all recipes the first time.

Gumbo Style Chicken Creole

Loved it! We just moved from New Orleans, after 8 years. I love this kind of food. There was no liquid so I add chicken broth and I did add Creole seasoning to the chicken when cooking the chicken in olive oil.

Oooops! I ate it so fast I forgot to take the picture. I will next time. These were GREAT! Easy to make, I put them in the fridge until ready to cook. Juicy and had nice flavor. Just what a burger should be.

I also make something similar to this. I add a box of dry jello any flavor and a 14-16oz. container of cottage cheese. My husband's favorite. He calls it cottage cheese desert.

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

Wonderful, I needed this recipe. So easy I love it. I did squeeze a lemon over top, added garlic powder and a 1/2 onion cut up in big chunks. Also I put a lot more S&P and Paprika then called for. Thank you for this recipe.

This is an awesome recipe my favorite on this site. it's a regular at my house now everyone thinks it was a lot of work it's so easy an sooooooooooooo good. We all Love it!!!! I usually cut the breasts into 4 big chunks.
