Apple Crisp with Cranberry Sauce

I made this recipe two weeks ago and it has one of the best crisps I've ever tasted. Usually I can't stand the brick hard crisps and this was no way near that. It was moist and very tastey. I'm going to make if for our friends for this t-day. Thank you so much for sharing.

Chicken Supreme III

This recipe really needs some spices! I used all chicken broth instead of water and cut it by 1/2 cup. The texture was good with a nice mouth. It would be a good dish for Thanksgiving if you were in a hurry. The down side was that this recipe is lacking in any type of spices. I put in jalepeno peppers and tabasco in the leftovers and it was delicious.

Orange Island Chicken

Very good taste. I marinated the chicken overnight while the chicken was still frozen and let defrost in the marinade. We grilled it on our boat and served it on buns with mayo. Very tastey and will serve again.

Strawberry Rhubarb Cream Pie

Exellent recipe. I've searched for a pie recipe like this for a very long time. The texture is wonderful with the rhubarb and stawberries giving a sweet and sour taste with every bite. I used a store bought crust and then covered it half way through with aluminum foil to protect the crust from burning. I also used 1/2 sugar and 1/2 Splenda. Next time I will try with 100% Splenda. The pie came out perfect. Very easy and quick recipe to make. Perfect with French Vanilla ice cream!
